Frequently Asked Questions

General

1. What is Snapfish Lab?

Snapfish Lab is technology preview site offering sneak previews of imaging technologies being developed at HP Labs.

2. Is Snapfish Lab the same as Snapfish?

No. Snapfish Lab is operated by HP Labs, which is a different group inside HP than the folks who run Snapfish. Snapfish Lab is a different site than Snapfish, although you do log into Snapfish Lab with your Snapfish account information.

3. Why do I need to log in?

You can try the tools on Snapfish Lab without logging in. However, if you want to try these tools on your own images, and you want to be able to save the results back to your Snapfish account, then you will need to log in so we know who you are.

4. I'm having problems with the site. Who do I contact for help?

You can leave a message on our discussion forum. If you're having problems with something, chances are someone else will also, so by posting your questions you'll be helping other folks too. Or if you prefer, you can contact the development team at snapfishlab@hp.com. We can't respond to all requests immediately, but we will definitely get back to you.

More questions (and answers!) coming soon! If you have any questions you would like to see on this list, please send the question to snapfishlab@hp.com. Thanks!
